• Pets are not allowed
• Damage deposit: 80.00 USD - collected via Bank Transfer on -7 days after checkin, refunded via Bank Transfer on 7 days after checkout
• As a security check, each adult guest must send a photo of their current official ID prior to arrival. We only need to show their full name and photo. Guests who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed in. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Noise is limited from 23:00 to 08:00. Your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, thus providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay. Upon your arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your meter to supervise the previous point. Upon arrival, we will request a security deposit of £1,000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, in case you have not exceeded the allowed limit of kw during your stay (cost of 3.66 for each kw exceeded).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
