• Pets are not allowed
• IMPORTANT: Before check-in it is compulsory to carry out the guest registration in order to comply with the Spanish legal requirements (Royal Decree 933/2021). It is very easy, don't worry, the days before check-in you will receive a detailed tutorial on how to do it and you will have to complete it with all the required data of the guests who will be staying in the house (only guests over 14 years old). Once the guest registration forms have been completed, a tutorial will be sent to you with all the details of the self check-in. Please note: In Spain, the maximum heating temperature in establishments such as hotels and tourist flats is regulated according to Royal Decree 14/2022, in the context of the energy saving plan. The regulation sets the following limits: - Maximum heating temperature: 19 °C in winter. - Minimum cooling temperature: 27 °C in summer. - Checkout: checkout time is 11:00. On departure of the guests, the flat must be left in good condition, dishes washed, rubbish removed and as it was handed over at check-in. - Sheets and towels: we are an ecological company and we are very committed to the environment, so for each booking we provide sheets for all beds depending on the number of guests, as well as a shower towel per person, a hand towel in each washbasin and a shower mat per shower. If you need more towels, please do not hesitate to request them before or during your stay. Any stains of make-up, fluids, blood or any substance on sheets or towels will be penalised financially. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE YOUR MAKE-UP WITH YOUR TOWELS! -Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the flat. -Respect for the community: this is a flat located in a residential building, please maintain the tranquility of the neighbourhood, especially during quiet hours (22:00 - 08:00). -It is strictly forbidden to admit, invite or give access to more guests than those listed on the reservation. - Parties or events not expressly authorised are not permitted. -Responsible energy consumption: we ask our guests to be conscious and responsible in their consumption of water and energy. - In this community the heating is central, and is switched on in the winter season (approximately November to April). -Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - LOSING KEYS or FORGETTING KEYS INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION will result in the payment of 50 €. - Compliance with house rules: Failure to comply with the house rules will result in a financial penalty of 150 € and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. These measures are essential to ensure a respectful and pleasant stay for all our guests.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
