Know before you go

• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Damage deposit: 500.00 EUR
• This property is with personal check-in, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Check-in will be done at the reception until 10 PM. However, we do allow check-ins until 24:00 upon request and subject to approval. The check-out time is until 12:00 PM. Requests outside of these hours are kindly encouraged. Please note that reception services are unavailable after 18:30 on holidays and weekends. For check-in arrangements, please contact us directly to schedule your arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
