• Pets are not allowed
• In the case of using additional services: Mini Bar, parking, breakfast or other services resulting from special requests - the Guest is asked to settle the additional chargesno later than the day of check-out. If payment for additional services is not settled by the check-out date, Mennica Residence Patronus Apartments reserves the right to charge the payment from credit card provided by the Guest during the reservation with the amount resulting for such a service. In the event of damage exceeding the level of the deposit collected, the Guest's credit card will be charged according to the value of the damage repair. The guest is obliged to read and accept the regulations of the stay at Patronus Apartments. The Guest is asked to fill in the registration card and show the credit card used to make the booking. Check-in is from 15:00-22:00 after 22:00 it is not possible to check in to the Apartment. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
