• This property requires guest verification, which is managed by Truvi. After your booking is confirmed, Truvi will contact the lead guest with a secure link to complete the verification process. This includes payment of a refundable security deposit of £250, plus a £5 transaction fee or the equivalent in your local currency. Once the verification is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. The key box code will be sent on the day of arrival, after the security deposit has been received. The deposit will be refunded via credit or debit card within 14 days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. It is located in a residential area, and guests are requested to refrain from excessive noise.
