Matterhorn Lodge Boutique Hotel & Apartments

Opened in December 2012, Hotel Matterhorn Lodge is located in the historic centre of Zermatt. Decorated in a classic Alpine style, it features a wellness area with 3 different saunas. A ski bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Units at the Matterhorn Lodge have 1 or 2 flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, a bathroom and modern furnishings. The Sunnegga Cable Car Station and the Zermatt Train Station are within 500 metres of the Lodge. Zermatt is car-free. Access for private traffic is only permitted as far as Täsch. From Täsch you can take the train or take a taxi or limousine service to Zermatt. Täsch is 5 km from Zermatt, the Täsch-Zermatt road is closed to public transport.
